Order Process

  2. Following your purchase, you’ll be directed to upload your artwork or design inspiration via email. Please refer to our artwork guidelines below.
  3. Expect a digital proof of your design via email for your approval before production begins.
  4. Once your order is prepared, we’ll ship it and provide you with a tracking number.

Artwork Guidelines

After placing your order, you’ll be guided to upload your chosen artwork or artwork inspiration if you would like us to create the design for you.

Upon receiving your artwork, our team will reach out with proofs for your approval prior to printing.

Ensuring accurate submission of your artwork file is essential. File Formats Accepted: PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG

Delivery Information

Upon receiving all necessary information for your order, we'll promptly create your design within 24 hours. After your approval, we'll proceed to handcraft your personalised items, which typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the size of your order. From initiation to delivery, our streamlined process ensures completion within 2-5 days.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to your address via Standard Delivery, with the option to upgrade for faster arrival:

  • Standard Delivery: Tracked 48 (2-3 Business Days)
  • Express Delivery: Tracked 24 (1-2 Business Days)
